iWolf’s online customer service portal automates technical support issues, service requests, sales inquiries, product orders and account queries.
Through this facility a service ticket (request) can be logged 24/7. By logging a ticket the customer agrees to iWolf’s service terms and conditions.
The ticket is automatically prioritized and assigned to the iWolf representative best qualified to meet your requirements.
At any time you can log in and check the status of the service request. Information regarding the request can be obtained by viewing the blog.
For added convenience a live dialogue can be held with the support representative (if online) via the SMS interface.
When the ticket has been completed an email alert is automatically sent with an invitation to view the updated blog.
Remote access to the portal is restricted to approved customers only. Customers with a current SLA, prepaid time block, hosted service, extended warranty or VIP status automatically qualify.
Terms and Conditions.
For customers with a current service agreement, the SLA’s terms and conditions apply. Work performed outside the SLAs boundaries attract a service fee based on our casual hourly rates.
Warranty holders are exempt from any charges related to the repair or replacement of that specific hardware component. However time spent re-configuring components or trouble shooting issues caused by user error attract a service fee based on our casual hourly rates. Integrated hardware failure or associated software applications that are not under a current iWolf warranty or SLA also attract a service fee based on our casual hourly rates.
Customers who have obtained a prepaid service or time block are charged at the arranged fixed or discounted rate.
VIP customers are charged at agreed casual hourly rate.
Inappropriate or offensive language will be actioned by the immediate termination of customer portal privileges.
