iWolf’s block subscription services offer a number of benefits and advantages.

 

Advantages

  • Can be used to obtain both phone and onsite support.
  • Ensure a minimum response time.
  • Link case histories to our events database.
  • Provide service at a discount rate.

 

Conditions

  • Available during business hours.
  • Can not be used to deploy new projects, products or solutions.
  • Must be prepaid.

 

Customer Prerequisites

  1. Be based in the Sydney metropolitan area .
  2. Customer appointed in-house contact. This person will be will be the centre of all communications with iWolf.
  3. Read and return a signed copy of the customer service agreement.
  4. Read and return a signed copy of the payment terms and conditions.
  5. The customer provides all licensed programs and documentation for all products to be supported by iWolf.

 

Standard Support Subscriptions

Maximum Response Times:

  • Phone support. 4 business hours.
  • Onsite support. End of 2nd Business day.

 

Platinum Support Subscriptions

Maximum Response Times:

  • Phone support. 2 business hours.
  • Onsite support. End of Next Business day

Platinum support block subscriptions Include discounts of up to 12%.
All our work is fully guaranteed.

Note: A further concession of 10% applies to time spent on phone support. IE Only 90% of the time expired using phone support is deducted form your block subscription.
