Set up voice and video conference calls, is optionally secure with a PIN number, and can transfer current calls to a conference. Interactive conference control provides ability to see the list of callers in the conference and manage the volume, see who is talking, kick, mute, unmute, deaf, undeaf, profiles and controls.

 

Conference Centre:

Unlimited conference rooms with moderator and participants, pin numbers, call recording, mute all, caller announce and more…

 

Configuration:

While the admin configures the system in the web interface. The data is saved to the database and can optionally be delivered to MT-SWITCH via XML files, or on demand from the database.

Dialplan Manager

The dialplan is used to setup call destinations based on conditions and context. You can use the dialplan to send calls to gateways, auto attendants, external numbers, to scripts, or any destination.

 

Dial by Name:

Search by first name or last name to find extension numbers on the system.

 

Direct Inward System Access (DISA):

Ability to call into the system, put in a pin code, and then call back outbound.

 

Device Provisioning

Default Settings you can enable provisioning for devices. Contacts used as Directory for the phones, vendor list and functions can be enabled or disabled. Support for memory, expansion (side cars), and programmable keys. Configure SIP endpoints for Yealink, Polycom, Cisco, Aastra and several other brands.

 

Domain Name (SIP) Registration (DNR):

Advanced security feature. Extensions use subdomains to register to the hosted PBX system.

 

Do Not Disturb (DND)

Direct calls to voicemail by default however there is an option when using do not disturb to send the call to an alternative destination.

 

Eavesdrop

Ability to eaves drop on a call and the option to barge in on the call.

 

Extensions

Create extensions for phones to register to and an option to receive emails on missed calls.

Extensions can be on the local or on a remote network. Interactive extension list allows to view all active an inactive extensions, see the caller id of the calls, call length, transfer calls, hang-up and more.

 

Extension Summary

Summary of extension activity per domain such as missed calls, answered calls, no answer, inbound duration, outbound duration, number of outbound calls, number of inbound calls and Average length of Conversation (ALOC). The summarized information can be downloaded as a CSV file.

File editor for PHP, XML, and Provisioning files.

 

Fax Server:

Can send or receive faxes. Includes ability to send faxes as email. It requires a ITSP  or hardware interface to transmit and receive faxes.

 

Follow-me:

Ring a desk phone for so many rings then allows calling multiple extensions or external numbers.

 

Gateway Options:

Legacy Connectivity to Standard Phone Lines from the Telephone provider:

Full or Partial Voice PSTN, E1 T1/PRI BRI, Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP)

Gateways:

Gateways provide access into other voice networks. These can be voice providers or other systems that require SIP registration.

Hot Desking:

A way to login to another phone device and temporarily or permanently become another extension. This is sometimes known as ‘hoteling’ and ‘extension mobility’. Designed to work with all SIP capable phones.

Ring multiple internal extensions and external numbers simultaneously or in succession .

Prefix the caller id name so that you can tell where the call came from.

There are options to announce the caller, or require a pin number.

 

Inbound Routes:

Direct calls depending on caller ID and interface by which a call arrives

 

Intercom:

paging extension can be created that will send intercom calls over a speaker system.

 

IVR Menus (Auto Attendant)

Create a structured interactive voice prompt for callers to use. Inbound calls can be played a recording that gives customers options with extensions that can be dialed. The options can send calls to local extensions, voicemail, conference numbers, queues, or external numbers like a cell phone.

For authentication tested with Microsoft Active directory.

Route by Caller ID:

When a call comes in the call can be routed based on the destination number, Caller ID, and other factors. For example, certain clients can be routed to a special after hours menu.

 

Scalable and Redundant:

Can be configured for multi-master database replication, ie. file replication. and can be distributed across multiple servers for large enterprise scale systems.

 

Scripting:

Scripting can be used to add additional features with minimal effort. Support for LUA, Javascript, Perl, and Python.

 

Text-to-Speech:

This feature can be customised to provide any information to caller, and can optionally be protected with a PIN number. To have a good voice it requires a commercial 3rd party software and voice.

 

Time Conditions

A extension that can be timed to route calls based on domain select, global option, move to other domains, and pre-set holidays. Time Conditions allow to set up different time patterns for call handling. It allows you to direct after hours calls differently than calls during working hours for example.
