iWG400E bundled with 1 x 3G module for use with Telstra, Optus or Voda 3G networks.
iWG400E provides scalable connectivity to WCDMA networks for your Linux machine. It supports up to 4 WCDMA channels and enables users to access the mobile network with their existing asterisk IPPBX.
Due to the different frequencies used by the different mobile networks in Australia, there are two variants of the iWG400E’s 3G module available. The 3G module is carrier frequency specific.
Telstra’s network supports 850MHz and 2100MHz 3G frequencies.
Optus or Vodafone networks support 900MHz and 2100MHz 3G frequencies.
Make sure you choose the correct module for your intended communications carier.
The iWG400E comes with fully GPLed drivers for the linux 2.4.X and 2.6.X kernels.
iWG400E enables full flexibility to traditional telephony systems to go WCDMA network. It also allows systems integrators to transform highly priced fixed to mobile voice traffic into a much cheaper mobile to mobile call management, with considerable savings.
The iWG400E works with Asterisk®, Elastix®,PBX in a Flash, trixbox® and IPPBX/IVR projects as well as other Open Source and proprietary PBX, Switch, IVR, and VoIP gateway applications.
