All products are covered by the manufacturer’s defect warranty however extended and enhanced warranties are available to meet the service level you require.

Enhanced Care Warranties

Upgrade your onsite response times from the standard onsite end of second business day service commitment if necessary to.

Desktops

  1. End on next business day
  2. 4 hours response 8 hrs x 5 days.
  3. 2 or 4 hrs response 12 hours 7 days.
  4. 2 or 4 hrs response 24 hours 7 days.

Servers

  1. 4 hours response 8 hrs x 5 days.
  2. 4 hours response 24 hrs x 7 days.
  3. 2 hours response 24 hrs x 7 days.

Public holidays optional.

Extended Care Warranties

Lengthen the standard warranty period to a maximum of 5 years. Include or exclude warranty enhancements to meet your needs.

Desktops

  1. Increase your warranty period from one to three years total.
  2. Increase your warranty period from three years to five years total.

Servers

  1. Increase your warranty period from one to three years total.
  2. Increase your warranty period from three years to five years total.

Public holidays optional.

Total Care Package

This warranty upgrade incorporates 30 days free software phone support, access to a loan computer should a more serious fault occur and a custom hard drive image file created and stored for future use.

These warranty options cover all hardware failures and breakdowns but exclude software support. We offer a range of support services to meet your specific needs.
