  • Direct dial access to an assigned engineer or wider Platinum team by the your nominated contact
  • Rapid log-in of service calls by means of your allocated LifeGuard serial or asset number
  • Frontline helpdesk support for immediate troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
  • Access to iWolf’s Online Knowledge Base
  • Access to software patches, updates and fixes from iWolf’s download server
