The objective of customer satisfaction through fast turn-around times without sacrificing quality means most repairs are carried out on site.

Our engineers are multi-skilled and are competent to handle various types of repairs Including servers, desktop PCs, notebooks, monitors, printers and power devices.

The average repair time takes from 0.75 to 1.25 hours to completion. Only 5% of repairs are return-to-base and are completed within 24-48 hours.

At the iWolf workshop, repair jobs are performed in a temperature controlled, dust free and antistatic environment and are closely monitored by our co-ordinators who inform customers about its status.

Only iWolf approved parts are used. A 6 month warranty applies to parts and labour on jobs not under an existing iWolf warranty.
